It has been a pleasure working with Scott. He is very knowledgeable, professional, patient, Diane not mind taking the time to answer questions. He is articulate and always clear in his answers. He helped me design a good policy that fit my needs, and is always helpful.

Scott and Pam are great! They are both very knowledgeable and courteous and you can tell they have been in the business a while! My only complaint is that my monthly premium would constantly change. Some months it could vary by over $200, with really no explanation. I honestly can’t remember when our monthly bill was the same with this agent, although we had no policy changes. Since switching to another local State Farm agent, our monthly premium has been consistent for almost a year, with no change! It was frustrating wondering what my bill was going to be for the month and emailing always emailing State Farm to ask why my bill is so much more/less, and I was always given the same answer with no resolution.
